CETEM hosts three multiplier events to present the results from the STEAMing Ahead Project

In a concerted effort to foster creativity and innovation in education, the Technology Centre of Furniture and Wood of the Region of Murcia (CETEM), recently organized three multiplier events for the STEAMing Ahead project. Taking place on February 26th, 27th, and 28th, 2024, these events welcomed a total of 40 enthusiastic educators from local educational institutions: IES Jose Luis Castillo Puche, CEIP Giner de los Ríos, and CEIP San José de Calasanz.

Throughout the three events, participants were immersed in a comprehensive showcase of the project’s achievements and methodologies, as these multiplier events marked a pivotal moment for disseminating the project’s outcomes, particularly emphasizing the implementation of dynamic lesson plans and activities in the classroom. rom interactive experiments to collaborative problem-solving activities, the showcased materials exemplified the transformative potential of STEAM education.

The participating teachers from IES Jose Luis Castillo Puche, CEIP Giner de los Ríos, and CEIP San José de Calasanz echoed their appreciation for the insights gained during the event. They expressed eagerness to implement the newfound strategies and resources within their classrooms, recognizing the potential to spark creativity and curiosity among their students.
